It's summer vacation, but neither Chloe nor her stepdad John can go out to have fun. Chloe is grounded by her stepmom since she has to take summer classes, and John has a jerky boss who didn't give him vacations. Both are angry because the only one who seems to be able to go out to have fun at the beach, shopping, etc, is Jackie, Chloe's stepmom, so John suggests some alternatives for him and Chloe to have fun between college and work. As the days get hotter, the activities that Chloe and her stepdad share get hotter as well!
